So the dimensions of the punch, die, upper mold plate, lower mold plate, clamp plate, punch pad and other parts cannot be designed as the ordinary punching mold. Instead, they must be determined after calculating. A long-stroke and large-tonnage punch press machine are necessary as it demands large deforming forces. Besides, the die clearance should be designed big enough.
